No Therapy or Treatment Relationship

DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Services

Certain services offered through R.A.F.A. may include DOT Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluations, recommendations, follow-up assessments, and Return-to-Duty processes conducted by Vanessa Springer-Crenshaw, CASAC, ICADC, SAP, or other appropriately qualified professionals.

These services are performed in accordance with applicable U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and professional standards governing SAP practice.

Participation in DOT SAP services is subject to separate service agreements, regulatory requirements, and professional obligations.

No Emergency Services

R.A.F.A. does not provide emergency or crisis services.
