Vanessa brings over 24 years of experience in the field of recovery from addiction (substance use disorder) and co-occurring mental health disorders. Driven by a passion for safety and sustainable recovery, Mrs. Springer-Crenshaw obtained clearance as a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) under the US Department of Transportation.
